Gabrielle Galler-Rimm, M.D.

Dr. Gabrielle Galler-Rimm (“Dr. Gabi”) is a pediatrician who completed a fellowship in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She has 25 years of national and international experience in diagnosing, consulting, providing treatment, and leading treatment teams for psychiatric, behavioral and developmental disorders. Her primary interest is in clearly defining the specific needs of each child/adolescent and family and working to empower her patients and families to access an array of services and supports to ensure the best possible outcomes. She is the sole Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician on Maui and one of only several in the state of Hawaii. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Michael Rimm, M.D.

Fellow, The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (1999-2011)
He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine where he was voted outstanding teacher 2005-2006. He has presented at many local, state, and international mental health meetings. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
He and his wife, Dr. Gabi Galler-Rimm, Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrician, currently run Galler Rimm Behavioral Health Services, Autism Specialists of the Pacific and Michael Rimm Consulting.
Prior to moving to Maui in 2002, Dr. Rimm was the Clinical Director of the only public Child Adolescent Mental Health Agency in South Auckland New Zealand.
In 2002 he was recruited by the Hawaii Department of Health, Child Adolescent Mental Health Division to serve as Clinical Director of the Maui Family Guidance Center. While there he led a team that had much success in helping families, the DOE, and the community with treatments that would maintain high risk youth in their homes and community while simultaneously reducing the cost of care for each youth

Holly Feldmann, MS, BCBA
Holly Feldmann completed her master’s degree in special education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University, obtaining BCBA and QBA credentials thereafter. Holly has worked with individuals across autism spectrum and related disorders since 2012. She is personally rewarded by individuals’ successes towards an independent lifestyle. In her free timeHolly enjoys playing with her dogs, snorkeling, hiking, and spending time at the beach with her family.
Alex Samson, MS, MPH, BCBA
Alex was born and raised in Long Island, New York but have lived in Connecticut, Florida, Kenya, and California before moving to Maui. He has a master’s degree in public health and a second master’s degree in applied behavior analysis. Throughout his professional career in behavior analysis, he has worked hands-on and remotely with clients and staff in the home, school, and clinical settings. Outside of work he enjoys traveling (he has visited over a dozen countries!), hiking, binging TV shows, and playing with his dogs. One fun fact about him is that he used to work in entertainment as a professional stilt walker for several years.

Genna Joyce, MS, BCBA
Genna is a licensed and board-certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) where she completed her undergraduate in psychology and her master’s in special education. Genna has served the autistic and neurodivergent communities since 2016. She holds passion for neurodiverse affirming ABA practices where she can support, empower, and uplift children into understanding the complexities of the world. Her therapy emphasizes skill building and positive behavior change to support navigating life in a way that makes children feel comfortable, safe, and understood.

Meli, our newest therapy dog team member, has graduated from “dog-ter” in training to full-fledged Certified Therapy Dog. She takes her job very seriously and loves to shower everyone with kisses and tail wags.
