$350 for Initial Visits/Consults – $250/ hr for follow up visits
(Combined /Joint / Family Therapies / Other treatment models may be subject to different rates)
Insurance Basics
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully.
Helpful questions to ask your insurance company:

- How many sessions per year does your health insurance cover?
- What is the co-pay amount per session?
- Is approval required from your primary care physician?

Payment can be made either online, over the phone or in person.
We may be able to assist you with payment plan options. Please call should you have any questions.
Cancellation Policy
If you miss your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay a $150.00 late cancellation fee.
Please note: If you are scheduled for a Monday appointment and need to cancel, please notify us by noon the Friday prior to your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee.
